Sadly, some orders can be delayed with the shipping carrier, which is out of our control.
Generally, the actual shipping company that is conducting the delivery will always have more information than the sender (us). Contacting their support team will yield the best results for tracing orders with tracking information.
Untracked Orders
The majority of our shipments arrive on/before the estimated delivery date, however, a select few packages can be delayed due to shipping carrier delays during transit.
The package contents may have potentially been inspected, causing additional delay.
We request that you check your letterbox or around your premises as the driver may sometimes place the item in a safe location out of sight.
New Zealand
Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia and may experience significant delays in customs clearance if undergoing random checks (can take up to 20+ business days total in extreme cases).
