We understand sometimes you may enter the wrong details in the address fields during the checkout process.
To change the address or redirect your order after the order/payment has already been confirmed, please follow the instructions below.
Australia Post
There are 2 ways to redirect your parcel:
1) Follow the ‘Redirect parcels’ link in any of Australia Post tracking update emails.
2) Use an Australia Post MyPost account with the email address matching the one provided during checkout and request a redirection within Australia Post's interface.
Tracking generally updates within 24 hours.
Sendle
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to modify the address as this order has already been dispatched or assigned a shipment batch.
There are 2 ways to redirect your parcel:
1) Follow the ‘Redirect parcels’ link in any of Sendle or the courier’s tracking update emails.
2) Please use the email address matching the one provided during checkout and request a redirection within Sendle or the courier’s website.
Tracking generally updates within 24 hours.
