How do I forgo Signature on Delivery or use Authority to Leave?

If you would like to provide Authority to Leave (ATL) for your order, please see below.

There are 2 ways to activate Safe Drop:

1) Follow the Safe Drop link in any of Australia Post’s tracking update emails.

2) Or use a MyPost account with the email matching the one provided during checkout and request safe drop within Australia Post's interface.

Unfortunately, Sendle doesn’t currently allow Authority to Leave after the parcel has been shipped out.

However, you can reschedule a second delivery with them if the first one is missed by following the Sendle tracking or emails.
