If our Support Team has processed a refund for your order, you will have received an email notification.
This means that the refund has been processed on our end and the funds should be available immediately if PayPal was used - it may appear as extra PayPal balance.
If a card was used for payment it may take a few business days to clear with your bank or show as pending balance/transactions.
If it hasn't processed within the next 3 business days, please contact PayPal customer support or your bank directly.
