    SimplyHomeware sent the wrong item and have ignored every request, I never every have left bad feedback to any seller as I rather leave no feedback then bad feedback, but in this case they have even disconnected me on live chat as soon as I mention the ticket number and P.S I have never once been rude or aggressive.

    update: still no reply from Simply Homeware although the matter has now been escalated, be prepared to go through turmoil to have them replace the wrong item they send.
